Terms of Payment

Please read carefully:

Continental Drift Expeditions will issue payment receipt upon retrieval via email. Complete payment is due 30 days before your excursion date. At this time, only checks can be accepted.

All trips are designed and reserved according to your specific information. Any changes in plans are appreciated well in advance. We are not responsible for any cancellations due to personal issues, illness, or circumstances which may affect your reservation, your non-refundable hotel or airline reservations. We understand that life happens and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance to your excursion date, we will refund your fee paid less a $25 per person service charge or transfer your reservation to another available date for a $10 per person fee.

No refund or credit will be issued if you cancel less than 30 days in advance or fail to attend any part or all of the trip. You may substitute another paddler who meets the skill requirements.

Full refunds are issued for any trip cancelled by Continental Drift Expeditions, LLC due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or sea conditions, paid reservations will have the option of receiving full credit, transfer to another trip, or a full, prompt refund. Rain does not cancel a trip. We keep a very close watch to the weather reports and will contact you the night before if there is any change in your trip. Do not assume a trip is cancelled, Continental Drift Expeditions will contact you. Feel free to contact us if you are concerned.
